We have four spas in Lesotho. In the Maseru district you will find us at NRH Mall, top floor, Room 5, Maseru and at our Khubetsoana branch. In the Leribe district we are at Big 5, opposite the Engine garage, Room 9, Hlotse and in Maputsoe. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send directions to whichever branch is closest to you.

All four branches are open seven days a week, Monday to Sunday, 8am to 5pm. On public holidays we open 8:30am to 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but a booking means you will not have to wait for a room.

Prices depend on the treatment and its length. A back-and-shoulder massage costs less than a full-body hot stone session, and body sculpting is usually booked as a course rather than a single visit. Send us a WhatsApp message and we will reply with the current price list for the branch you want to visit.

Walk-ins are welcome and we will always try to fit you in. That said, we only have so many rooms, so booking ahead on WhatsApp is the surest way to get the time and the therapist you want, especially on Saturdays.

Massage (full-body, back and shoulder, deep tissue and hot stone), tummy reduction using ultrasonic cavitation and EMS slimming, wood therapy for contouring and cellulite, non-surgical butt lifting with vacuum therapy, ionic foot detox, facials, waxing, and pedicures and manicures. We also sell the oils, scrubs, body creams and skincare we use in the treatment room.

Wood therapy is a sculpting massage done with hand-carved wooden rollers and cups. The therapist works the tool over the thighs, stomach, arms or buttocks to move lymphatic fluid, break down the dimpling that causes cellulite and smooth the contour of the area. It is manual and non-invasive, and it works best as a course of sessions rather than a one-off.

Ultrasonic cavitation and EMS can visibly firm the midsection and reduce stubborn pockets of fat over a course of sessions, and most clients see a difference in centimetres rather than on the scale. It is a body-contouring treatment, not a weight-loss programme. It works alongside eating and moving well, not instead of it. We will tell you honestly what to expect before you book a course.

Yes. We have rooms set up with twin treatment beds so two people can be treated side by side. Let us know when you book so we can hold the right room for you.

Arrive a few minutes early, drink water beforehand, and avoid a heavy meal in the hour before a massage or a body treatment. Tell your therapist about any injuries, skin conditions, recent surgery or if you are pregnant. We will adjust the treatment or recommend a different one.
